Terms of Use

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the sorenn.io website (the “Site”), operated by Luis Mauricio Paz Espino, an individual, under the trade name “Sorenn” or “Sorenn Software Consulting” (“Sorenn” or “we”), with address at Dos Pte #10, Santa Fé, C.P. 76803, San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico. The Spanish version is the original; this English version is a faithful translation of it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site presents Sorenn’s services: custom software consulting, automation and integrations, applied artificial intelligence and “AI Employees”, aimed at organizations established in North America. The Site is available in English (at the root, /) and Spanish (at /es/). Through the “Briefing” form (/briefing) you may request a diagnostic session with Sorenn.

The Site is not directed at minors.

3. Informational content

The content of the Site is informational only. It does not constitute professional advice (technical, legal, financial, tax or of any other kind) or a binding offer, proposal or quote. The features, scope, timelines and results described on the Site are illustrative and may vary by project. Any formal proposal will be issued separately and in writing.

4. Illustrative examples

Examples and demonstrations marked “Illustrative example” or “Ejemplo ilustrativo” use fictitious data. They do not represent real information about clients, people or companies, nor guaranteed results.

5. Briefing requests and contractual relationship

Requesting or scheduling a briefing does not create a contractual relationship between you and Sorenn, and does not oblige either party to enter into an agreement. Any services that are provided will be governed by a separate contract signed by the parties.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, code, structure, graphics and the “Sorenn” brand, is owned by Sorenn or used with authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws. No license is granted to you over them, except the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Site for your personal use or your organization’s internal use. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or creating derivative works of the Site without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Third-party trademarks and logos

Third-party names, trademarks and logos that appear on the Site, such as tools and platforms (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic and ElevenLabs) and integration logos, belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify the technologies we work with and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those owners.

8. Clients mentioned

The client names shown on the Site (Vintel, Roca Autos, Levels Studio, QTrece and OH MY GOAT) are published with their authorization.

9. Acceptable use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Perform mass extraction of content or data (mass scraping) from the Site.
  • Submit the form in an automated way, through bots, scripts or similar means.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, test the security of, or interfere with the operation of the Site, its servers or our providers’ services.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or unlawful content.
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person or organization.
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.

We may block access to the Site, or discard requests, when we detect use that violates this section.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.

11. Availability and no warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be available continuously or error-free, or that its content will be accurate, complete or up to date at all times. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it without prior notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sorenn will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, profits or data, arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law.

13. Personal data

The processing of personal data you provide through the Site is governed by our Privacy Notice.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the current version on this same page, with the update date shown at the top. Your use of the Site after the changes are published means you accept them.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, waiving any other venue that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.
